The time needed to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.
Estimated shipping times
North America: 1-3 business days for in-stock carpets, and 5 -7 days for carpets we order. Please look at the description for more information or inquire if you are in a rush. Some carpeting is handloomed, or may be wildly popular, so it may have a longer lead time. We make our treads out of the carpet manufactured by others (who are not in our control!), but are happy to check and let you know before you order.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns & exchanges
We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive defective (in which case we will make it right) or damaged, we can’t accept returns for custom/personalized orders.
